How do I buy?
Every piece is bought through the Founders App. Joining is free and installing takes a minute: add the app to your home screen, sign in, and your saved length and founders pricing come with you.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch on a weekly rhythm. Orders placed by Sunday 11pm UK time go into that week's dispatch, and the box leaves our Bali studio on the Friday. UK orders are typically with you the following Thursday. The exact dates for the current week are shown on every product page and in your bag, and the next five shipment weeks are listed on the shipping policy page. Pieces held in UK stock, such as the Sirocco, ship sooner.
Can I order after the Sunday cut off?
Yes. Your order simply joins the following Friday's dispatch.
Does a custom length add time?
No. Custom-length tees are cut with the rest of the week's orders and ride the same Friday dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free: UK orders ship free with 48-hour tracked delivery, and Bali orders are delivered free with standard island delivery. Cerana currently sells in the United Kingdom and Bali only.
Why is the shop sometimes sold out for the day?
We are a small factory and limit production to 20 tees a day to guarantee quality. When a day's tees are spoken for, checkout closes and reopens at 7am UK time the next morning.
How many tees can I order?
Up to 5 tees per customer each day, so everyone gets a chance. Larger needs can reach us through the contact page.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return through our returns centre. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
