Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

If you are in the UK, 48 hour tracked shipping costs £5 for orders below £80. Any orders above £80 receive free 48 hours tracked shipping via Evri or Royal Mail. We are also able to offer European orders cost £12 for international tracked standard (3-5 days) shipping. For US, Australia, Mexico, and Bali orders, we offer international tracked shipping at £22. Please note European and international orders are subject to no Vat on our payments, Your local customs office will provide a Invoice for import Vat and their handling fee which will need to be paid to them.
